Our Goal
Our goal is to make a stressful property buying/selling experience go as smoothly as possible. We work closely with you and your agent to ensure all phases of our inspection are completed on your timeline.
Typically, the property inspection and termite inspection are performed at the same time. In addition, we schedule services such as radon, air quality, vermiculite testing, and sewer scope or septic tank inspections during the property inspection when possible.
